just something noteworthy from this session . . . i did the whole warrior progression without having to rest by either straightening my front leg or rest an arm on the ground. and that’s for both legs. and i was slow and methodical for each pose. party on.
it’s actually sunny today. i’m gonna have to start doing yoga outside in the mornings.
