gym time

abs/arms.  really good bi workout… did 10 x 15lb, 8×25lb, 6×35lb, and 3×45lb, standing dumbbell curls.  then i just did 3 easy sets of 21s with a 40lb cambered barbell.  really good.  i mean, those 45s really pushed me!  really liked it.

still looking forward to getting back to running.  especially as it gets chillier.  that’s the best time to burn fat, which i am accumulating…

sully is still cute.  and he moving around more.  i think he likes his heat lamps…

I see you indicate that running when it is cold, burns more fat!!!! Never really thought about it that way, I like to sweat, to me that means I have ran hard and the burnt some fat…Educate me! :)

I see you like mountain biking…I just started in October, and I love it…Ground is covered with snow now and the temp is 23….to cold to run or ride!! went to the gym tonight! Happy running and all the great exercising you do!
