yoga!

i love how anytime i mention the word ‘yoga’ in a post, i get pinged for it.  makes me feel popular.

my flexibility was just as good as last night and a little better.  it’s quite amazing.  running tomorrow.  i jogged a couple steps tonight, and there was no pain.  party!
