run :)

even less pain than last time.  a little bit for the first 30 seconds, and nothing else.  nothing when i stopped running, either.  good improvement.  i have a little pain as i’m sitting typing this, but no biggie.  i’m only gonna take 2 days off this time, and run on weds.
